Melissa Ryan, Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 Ryan Realty, has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1981 in Bay County, Florida. Pursuing her passion for the real estate industry, Melissa obtained a BROKER's license in 1985. While attending the University of Memphis, she identified her dream of becoming a leader in the real estate community. Melissa's goal was to gain the greatest knowledge of the business through extensive training and education.

Melissa is an advocate of specialized real estate training and education to assist her REALTORS®, customers and the community with sound information and up-to-date knowledge concerning real estate-related matters. She also believes that customer satisfaction is the heart beat of her organization. Through Melissa's leadership, CENTURY 21 Ryan Realty has received 11 years of Quality Service Awards, and she accredits her REALTORS® and staff for providing professionalism and superior customer service. Melissa has three children, one grandson and another grandchild on the way. Her daughter, Katie Patronis works as a BROKER® and partner at CENTURY 21 Ryan Realty. Katie has been an extraordinary asset to the brokerage and Melissa is very proud of her accomplishments. Now, Melissa¿s youngest daughter, Natalie Ryan is heading the property management division. She also calls on her son, Michael Ryan for his expertise acquired through his Jurist Doctorate from Barry Law School.
